Our team coordinates closely with architects, contractors, inspectors, and local service providers to ensure construction, permits, and compliance requirements are met efficiently.

Operational setup includes insurance coordination, bank account setup, payroll infrastructure, employee onboarding documentation, vendor account setup, and regulatory filings. We manage the administrative details that allow store teams to focus on sales and customer experience.

On the operational side, we support IT and systems readiness, including POS configuration, credit card processing setup, phone and internet services, security systems, and office infrastructure. We also coordinate ongoing services such as cleaning, waste removal, maintenance, and compliance inspections.

Once stores are operational, we remain actively involved through daily sales reconciliation, cash handling oversight, inventory monitoring, expense review, and operational reporting. Our goal is to ensure each location operates consistently, accurately, and in alignment with broader financial and brand objectives.
